Odor Recognition Test Registration Is Now Closed

YOU MUST READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE BOOKING LINK BELOW AND SIGN LIABILITY WAIVER AFTER CHECKOUT

The ORT Registration process will be through a booking link. The booking link/registration link will be posted at 5pm on April 15th.
Here are the instructions for when the link goes live:
Click on the BOOK ONLINE button below. Then click BOOK NOW.

SELECT A CATEGORY
The “category” is NACSW ORT On April 28, 2024.

SELECT AN OPTION
The “classes” are actually test combinations.
There are 7 possible registration/test combinations. You can only choose one:
Birch Only
Anise Only
Clove Only
Birch and Anise
Birch and Clove
Anise and Clove
Birch, Anise and Clove

Next, Click on date (4-28-24) to Select DATE.
Next, Click on time slot to Select TIME.
Enter your phone number.
Enter security code that is texted to your phone number.
Enter Email address and street address. Click Next.
Then, checkout.

Payment method is credit card or debit card. Your information is not stored.

After checkout, you must SIGN THE LIABILITY WAIVER. Please enter the name of the dog, your NACSW Member number, NACSW Dog #, email, and phone number. You are all set.

Please make sure that you read the ORT PREMIUM, carefully.

ALTERNATE OPTIONS FOR ORT REGISTRATION
I can email you a booking link.
You can also use snail mail. There is a registration form at the end of the ORT PREMIUM. We cannot receive your registration form prior to the open registration date. Please ensure that you mail your registration to arrive on the day that registration opens, or slightly after.
